About us
Taishan is a specialist custom headwear manufacturer helping fashion labels, sporting organisations, retailers and corporate brands turn their ideas into production-ready products.
For more than 12 years, we have manufactured custom headwear for clients across more than 20 countries. From structured snapbacks and classic six-panel caps to technical performance headwear and fully customised designs, every product is developed with careful attention to fit, materials, construction and finish.
Taishan was founded by Andy Zhu after experiencing the manufacturing process from the buyer’s side. He saw how often brands were let down by inconsistent quality, unclear communication and suppliers who disappeared when problems arose. Taishan was created to provide a better standard of manufacturing partnership.
Our production facility in Dongguan, China, is purpose-built for headwear manufacturing. Our team combines experienced craftsmanship, modern production capability and documented quality control to deliver consistent results across orders ranging from 500 to 50,000 units.
We believe reliable manufacturing begins with honest communication. We will tell you when a design needs refinement, recommend materials suited to the product’s intended use and work through sampling until the details are right. Every production batch undergoes a documented, multi-point inspection covering colour accuracy, embroidery, placement, stitching, structure and overall finish.
